  1. Before coming here I thought Grand Canyon was all hype. I was wrong. Pictures truly don’t do this place any justice. You will have to come out and see for yourself how grand it really is. Would recommend planning on camping if you want to make it to the bottom since the hike can get pretty tiresome for those not used to steep declines on the way down and incline on the way up. Went during March and there was still compacter ice on one of the trails to the point where we had to turn back and take a different trail down. Would be a good idea to take hiking boots with spikes if going during winter and early March. Plan for shuttles to take long during peak times. We went during spring break and shuttles to take us back to our car after long day of hiking took about 1.5 hours which we knew going in but a lot of people waiting in line were getting uneasy and rude to each other. Bring water and snacks with you. They do have gift shops with snacks and beverages but to avoid waiting in line you might as well pack your own. Overall great time here!

  2. Like I was saying, Grand Canyon is truly an astonishing place; a lot of nature and animals I saw there! It’s wild to think how nature could form such breathtaking views and unique forms! Definitely recommending to visit when it’s spring and summer, since it is the best weather during those 2 seasons!

  3. The most amazing hole in the ground that ever was. I’ve hiked 15+ miles in and out multiple times and seen some wild things in there, majestic, creepy, sad, beautiful, psychedelic and unexplainable. It really is a special place and glad the Native Americans still have at least a slight foothold here because this is for sure their land and I’m honored I’ve gotten the opportunity to visit on multiple occasions.

  4. The wonderful Park in the world, in my opinion, I saw life and felt the energy of the canyon. Mothers Nature is amazing. The park is clean. The view is spectacular. The blessed day ever. God is good all the time.

  5. What an amazing place. A lot of people forget about the North Rim. It is worth the drive. There are several rim trails to walk along and you have access to the North Kaibab trail that takes you to the bottom. We were there during crazy weather so you had to wait out the weather to get a good view of the canyon. It is beautiful.

Excellent place to go and get out of the desert heat. With tall pines and mountains, lakes and plenty of outdoor activities to keep you busy, there is no end to the adventures one can have! Well worth a visit and to just experience Arizona’s high county. Lots of wildlife like deer and elk and bears. Great small towns to visit and just relax. Go for the day or go camping. Either way you won’t regret it.

I love Coconino National Forest! The family and I woke up bright and early to start hiking around and take some beautiful pictures. The wild life and scenery is so beautiful. I have traveled across the entire United States and I have never seen a place this amazing. If you haven’t been here before I highly recommend you come and check it out. One day I would love to live around this area. So peaceful!!

The Grand Canyon exceeded my expectations. What a beautiful place! They really nailed it with this park with a ton of easily accessible view points and wide trails to walk anywhere. You can also take busses anywhere to other view points. Fun gift shop too!

Wonderful place to visit, this is my fourth time here but I haven’t been in May. Their are plenty of good spots to park any rig but it gets a little bit dicey after a rain or melting snow, the mud here you could build bricks from. It looks like everyone packs it in and packs it out because it’s a very clean park. It’s maybe five minutes from Bearizona for those of you with family it’s a great way to see the Bears.

Extremely nice and well maintained zoo. Very big. Exhibits were well taken care of. We loved the little desert walk through. It was very reasonably priced. I think that is probably one of the best zoos I have ever been to. It was easy to navigate. Flamingos are my favorite and they had a really great exhibit with lots of birds!

Hole in the rock was very close almost within walking distance if it wasn’t too hot. After the zoo we drove over and climbed up and were in awe over the view. Well worth it and I’m so glad we stopped.

I will always and absolutely love this place! Coming to this zoo as a child, and as an adult now makes me so happy! They are creating new exhibits for the animals, and everyone is always trying their best to keep the place clean. The new update in the gift shop is absolutely nice! Of course the food is a bit expensive, but going at the zoo during a nice chilly day is fun!
I came along with my sister’s school field trip, so we did have to wait a bit. But that’s understandable.
The string ray bay was absolutely worth it! The people there with red hair, and another person were very nice to my family and I! Feeding the stingrays is so nice. And they make sure you know how to feed them.
Always be prepared to pack up snacks, and water! And always please make sure to pick up your trash!

Really enjoyed this zoo not too packed and definitely the petting area was our favorite especially for the kids. The best part was the camel ride which our little one got on twice on how much she enjoyed it. Would highly recommend to buy tickets only because to buy tickets at the place is a very long line. We just went and showed our tickets and we were let through with no problem. Overall very good expiration for your little ones. Will be back again.

Me and my family a group of about 13 of us went out for zoo lights and it was amazing. The lights were beautiful and well put together it was something to see for the whole family young and old. It was night and it rained the day before so the animals were not out at all but with the dinosaurs exhibit and all the lights it was still so much to see. They now serve margaritas 🍹 that can make for a even better adult experience.

Beautiful zoo. Lots of animals. The enclosures were very nice and taken care of. So many fun things to do and visit within the zoo. Definitely go into the monkey enclosure. You get to see them up close, they won’t climb on you but they do get pretty close! Took us about 3 hours to see all the animals.
