  1. Pretty fun! I think it’s a great place to experience maybe once. If with small children, maybe more fun but it’s a once and done kind of thing for me personally. The park was very cool and fun to walk through! Attractions and rides were mostly visual ones, where you sit and it virtually takes you through a ride – so it’s not like a normal park with big, outlandish rides. Very family friendly and not bad for an amusement park overall. Would recommend especially if you have younger children!

  2. Okay, let’s admit it you are going to go here regardless of how many stars this is rated. But I need to be honest. There is the endless walk from the car to the actual park. Then you spend half your day waiting in lines. That is unless you buy the express pass on top of the already insanely priced ticket price.

We enjoyed taking it slow. This does not mean we did not get annoyed at times.

It is Florida. It is hot. Don’t forget your sunscreen. I can’t tell you how many people were hurting with sunburns. Also, it rains. When it does, some rides shut down. They shutdown even when you think they shouldn’t. Your opinion of rain does not matter. This can be frustrating when there is a 60 minute wait and you are 45 minutes into the wait!

Some lockers are free, some are not. The ones for the water rides are NOT!

Everything is expensive, but the water fill ups are free.

BONUS!!!! You can find gluten and dairy free options in many of the restaurants. Just ask. It is best to get to the restaurant before the crowds so you can ask for their options.

  3. We had the most awesome time! We will def be back next year, maybe even a 2 day ticket! Love the shade they have for when you need it and wait lines are somewhat short and are shaded or air conditioned. Parking was a breeze and not a far walk either. So many great attractions and shops. This place really was fun for our whole family

  4. A very entertaining theme park with characters and shows from some of the most popular big screen to small screen favorites. Excellent entertainment for families with younger children. And they do have a great coaster that is absolutely awesome. Entry is very expensive at the gates so please make sure to buy tickets beforehand. Food and drink is very affordable inside with great fast and friendly service. All staff inside is always extremely helpfull, friendly and a pleasure to deal with and will make your day better.

  5. We did the VIP Experience at Universal Studios and it was amazing. It is definitely worth the cost.

Your day starts with Valet parking, right at the door of City Walk, exiting in the evening takes about 2 minutes and your on the highway.

You go and meet your guide and they set-you up at the VIP only restaurant for a buffet breakfast. Very good!

The experience through the park is calm and relaxing. We don’t have to run from one attraction to the other. We walk peacefully and were able to get 14 rides in 2 parks (Universal and Island of Adventure). The no wait for rides is so worth-it.

Lunch was very good and also included.

Going behind the scenes with our guide is really cool and we get to learn so many things and history about the park.

I will definitely do this again.

This was the best park of all 3 we visited those time. plenty to do. All included meals. I was worried how people talk about how poorly the animals are treated. But I seen wonderfully healthy animals thriving. Our 5 kids 6 to 19 loved it. Great deal and we are definitely going to go back next visit. Christmas decorations and rides for big kids made it a perfect day.

This place was amazing! Could very well be my favorite amusement park. The variety of things to do makes it a perfect spot for the roller coaster riding thrill seeker, as well as the laid back admirers of sea animals. This place is essentially a zoo for sea faring animals and it does a great job at letting you interact with these beautiful creatures. Feeding the seals and sea lions was one of my favorite activities. There are enough eateries to satisfy the pickiest eater, and if you’re really making a full day of it, the all day eating pass is a nice option. With so many photogenic attractions, this is a great place to create some lifelong memories with the family!

The shows here are very good. Dolphins, Killer Whales, & Sea Lion shows were very informative & action packed shows. Definitely recommend getting to the shows at least 30 minutes before start time to get a decent seat.

Lines for everything is crazy. 1-2 hour lines for food, popular roller coasters, & of course entering the parking lot. As others suggested, definitely eat a big breakfast to power through the first few hours at this park as outside food is strictly prohibited besides bottled water. Otherwise, if you get here early try to order food upon entering before the lines get crazy in the early afternoon.

One of my favorite exhibits was the penguin experience. Tip, try going towards the park closing as the regular line was only 15 minutes to get in, not bad.

    Good luck, and enjoy.

We went for a family trip this year and absolutely loved our experience. The park is huge so I’d recommend going right at open so you can enjoy all the park has to offer. Lines to enter were long but moved fairly quickly. They offer drink and meal plans which I’d recommend. We purchased the souvenir cup and you can get refills throughout the park. The Sesame Street area was fun! We got to take pictures with big bird. They offer small children rides and little activities for them to do. They have live performances which were our favorite. So many exciting areas to see. They provide you with a map and times for all special events and shows happening throughout the day. The staff were super friendly. The food was fairly good typical amusement park food. It really is a place for all the family to enjoy.

Love this park. Wholesome fun for everyone one. From myself the adult to my youngest there was fun activities for everyone. My young adults and teenagers were roaming around together doing all the thrill rides and I was able to take my 8 year old to Sesame World were she had the time of her life. We have a fun pass and it allowed us to go to the park more than once. This was by far the nest weekend break in Orlando.

We went to Busch Gardens for a day when it got a bit chilly for beach fun. It was Monday, December, 3rd, the last day of Christmas break and it wasn’t very crowded. Quick queue passes and all day dining made our day really easy and stress free. These triple the cost of your ticket but are well worth it, if don’t want to spend all the time in lines and have several teenagers in the family who eat a lot like we do. All day dining includes an entrée, a side or desert and a fountain drink in any of 5 main restaurants every hour. It doesn’t include any snacks or other food vendors. Mind: you still have to wait in lines to get food in restaurants, so we didn’t even go to a BBQ place that smelled so good, the line was probably more than an hour long there and we didn’t want to waste time. We also went on Serengeti safari tour and loved it: got to feed the giraffes and see all the animals up close. The rides are awesome, me and our youngest kid 9y.o. did some family friendly rides, which were too much for me anyways (I just can’t do any roller coasters). My husband with older kids had a blast on all the crazy rides. Everyone loved our day in Busch Gardens, we’ll definitely be back.

Went on a Tuesday mid July. Park was fairly busy but literally everything was shut down. It rained for a bit but other than that it was just cloudy but they kept the rides and games closed anyways. I was there for 4 hours and got to ride 1 ride and play 1 game, the rest of the time was us walking around the park trying to find something to do. The animal exhibits were cool though, animals were very active. Don’t get the all day dining. It only works for certain restaurants and their food is sub par at best since it seems it’s not very organized in terms of making it and getting it out. I got chicken tenders and fries and it made me almost puke (I hate saying this because I know it’s an amusement park, but this was just bad). The one ride I rode was fun though, it was the new iron coaster and was a lot of fun. Line went by at a decent pace and the ride itself was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed it. Honestly, just save your money and go to universal or somewhere else. $300 to waste that I can’t get a refund on!

I love Busch gardens. I used to go to the one in Virginia. I felt it was much better in the terms of maintenance. May be the Tampa bay park isn’t that well maintained probably due to they just opening to public after Covid. I had gone to this park in the late summer of last year.
This location also has a small zoo. The roller coasters are pretty good, the park has something for everyone. They also have shows.
    Would definitely come back here.

Still one of the best theme parks for those who want an alternative to Disney. Amazing for thrill seekers and coaster fiends. It’s ride and garden centric without over-the-top characters and themes. Has a lot to offer for kids and adults in regards to rides, shows and dining. I highly recommend going weekday off season where lines for even the biggest, newest rides are under 10 minutes. We went end of February on a Tuesday and got on all the coasters within 5 minutes. The coasters are modern, well designed, thrilling and helluva fun without being jarring; not to mention loads of variety. Can’t lose! Love the park design and my 4 yr old daughter had a blast at Sesame Street place (kids section) especially the tree house.

Fun stop. The day we went there was lots of cars in the parking lot but not as many people. So that worked out really well for the rides and the lines for the rides. It was a hot day so the animals were hiding on the Safari for the most part but there were enough to enjoy. Roller coasters are amazing and the people they were really friendly. I definitely recommend going there with your children.
